Big sky has 9 communities. Tioga track code 487 and Crosspoint track code 493 are the smallest they average about 2,300 – 2,400 in size, price range is in the mid $600,000, built by Shea Homes. Next you have Plum Creek track code 490 and Walnut Grove track code 491. They average from 2,600 to about 3,000 in size, price range from $700,000-780,000, built by DR Horton.
The Highlands track code 489 is the larger model that DR Horton built in Simi Valley Big Sky. The size average was about 3,400 priced in the mid $800,000. Next in line are the Bluffs track code 492. The average size is 4,000 +, price range is $800,00 to $900,000, built by Standard pacific homes.
Next are two of my favorite homes in Big sky Windstone track code 486 and Castlewood track code 493. Both homes were built by Shea Homes, They average in size up to 4,600 and priced from Mid $900,000 to a million plus. Last are the Glennmeadows track code 485, built by Standard pacific. The Gleenmeadow track is the only gated community in big sky. They range in size up to close to 4,600 + in size. Priced in the high $900,000 to million plus range.
